main floor renovation.
KINGS HEIGHTS
When my clients approached me to renovate their entire main floor I jumped at the opportunity! I knew there was so much potential underneath all the brown and orange finishes (yes people, orange!). The main focus of this renovation was the kitchen, which we needed to make much more functional besides the obvious aesthetic changes that were required. The custom coffee/drink bar perfectly hid away all of those "bevvie" machines that can look unattractive sitting on the counter. We also focused on bringing more light into the kitchen by adding in a beautiful French-door complete with side-lites and a transom window above. The soft colored finishes we used helped the custom stained island to "pop", which paired perfectly with the fireplace mantel in the adjacent dining room. I think my clients would completely agree with me when I say, we took this main floor from drab to fab! Do not miss some of the before photos below to see the transformation that took place.
